We are an online specialty jeweler company, based in Cebu City, Philippines, conceptualized to be an antithesis to the notion that only the elite could own jewelry. We believe that there is a right kind of jewelry for all, and as such, we strive to strike the harmony between practicality and elegance.

We primarily sell ready-made and make handcrafted & personalized jewelry. We also cater to wholesalers and help gutsy entrepreneurs start or expand their jewelry business with our the Prestige Partner Program.

2. How do I pay?
A: You can pay through credit/debit card of major banks or PayPal.

3. How will I get my orders?
A: Shipping will be processed upon full payment of the price plus shipping cost and insurance.

Any delays, misdeliveries, non-deliveries, damages, and/or losses due to shipping would have to go through the claims procedure of the third-party courier engaged.

5. Is there an express warranty for my orders?
A: Yes, we expressly warrant that the orders be free from hidden faults or defects. We hold our customers in high value and as such, we expressly allow full refunds provided there is valid ground therefor, such as: defects of items due to our fault with no fault of the shipping courier. We also expressly warrant that all our items are genuine and high-quality.

6. How long is the delivery time?
A: It solely depends on the third-party courier engaged. We have no hand in shipping the items ordered.

7. Why should you partner with us?
A: With our, "the Prestige Partner Program," we have different plans to get you started:
a. Basic Partner Plan. If you plan to open an online jewelry business, but do not have the capital or funds to start, you can sell our products on a commission basis.

b. Corporate Partner Plan. If you already have a jewelry business and plan to expand it worldwide, you can sell your products on a commission basis.

c. Non-profit Partner Plan. If you manage a non-profit institution, which needs donations in order to sustain the advocacy, you may apply with us and we would donate a small percentage per sale to your advocacy. *These slots are limited and please provide the proper documentation as proof of your existence.

8. What is your privacy policy?
A: As established in the Philippines, we adhere to the laws and regulations enacted in this State and such provide for a privacy policy in accordance to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, to wit:

Section 1. Declaration of Policy. It is the company's policy to protect the fundamental human right of privacy, of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth. It recognizes its inherent obligation to ensure that personal information in information and communications systems in all its private correspondence with its customers are secured and protected.

Section 2. Scope. This policy applies to the processing of all types of personal information and to any natural and/or juridical person thru private correspondence and all those intended to be non-public.

This policy shall not be applicable to those information which are public and non-private.

Section 3. Lawful Processing of Personal Information. The company undertakes to process your information, provided that any of the following conditions are present:

3.2. The processing of personal information is necessary and is related to the fulfillment of a contract with the customer or in order to take steps at the request of the customer prior to entering into a contract; or,

3.3. The processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the company is subject.
